Ownership is a working process. It includes documents that stay current, people who know where accounts live and a tested way to deploy or reverse a release.
Document repository location, domains, environments, build and deploy commands, asset rules, form provider, analytics/Search Console access, API inventory and contact escalation. Include how to rotate credentials and recover from errors.
Have the designated owner practice editing a page, approving a change, viewing a preview, requesting a rollback and locating service invoices. A video alone is not evidence that the process works; exercise it with the real staff.
Ask a different authorized developer or internal technician to clone/build from the written guide and identify missing details. Use a checklist to close the gaps, then revoke unneeded former contributor access if the client is taking over.
